MANAGEMENT
Treasure has a strong inventory module
working in tandem with the production module
in order to capture the consumption of raw
material and consumables, movement of stock
through work in progress, production of
finished goods, tracking of scrap and availability
of stock with the Job Worker. Treasure’s
Inventory Management Supports:
Multiple Godowns with Stock Transfers –
Godowns do not necessarily mean a physical
location, it could be a work place divided
into various areas where each area could
be treated as a separate godown, it could
also mean the different stages of production,
for example, raw materials, work in progress,
finished goods, etc. Treasure provides with
both inventory and non-inventory godowns.
A non-inventory godown does not affect the
closing stock in the Balance Sheet. It can
be used by job workers, where the stock
lying in their godown is not their own.
Movement of goods from stores to job worker
or a production process can also be handled
- Treasure uses Moving Weighted Average
method of stock valuation
- Stock Ledgers
- Parameter based item definition. For
instance, if you are a dealer in vehicle
tyres, you could define a parameter combination
of Manufacturer, Type (radial or non-radial)
and Vehicle Model. You could set up Radial
and non-radial as parameter
1, MRF and CEAT as parameter
2, and Maruti and Tata
as parameter
3. When you set up items,
you can select any one of these combinations
to which the item belongs. This will give
you reports based on parameters such as
total sales by manufacturer, total sales
of Radial tyres, total sales of MRF Radials
etc. You can define any number of categories
for an item.
- User defined Units of Measurement.
Treasure provides for buying and selling
in different unit of measurement.
- Item Re-order level and quantity –
Activating this will bring up a reminder
when the stock goes negative. It will
remind you that fresh orders will have
to be placed to replenish your stock

MANAGEMENT
Production, Fabrication, Assembly –
Treasure helps handle this and more…
with ‘Treasure for Manufacturing’.
Management of materials (input, output,
Work-in-progress, scrap and overheads),
machines, workers (in-house and sub-contractors),
has been mapped well in Treasure. Material
movement or an adjustment event that impacts
on a stock position can be recorded. Unit
cost of an item can be determined. We are
well aware that no two businesses can be
mapped. Each manufacturing organization
has some unique requirement specific to
his line of business. Treasure has gone
one step ahead in providing certain basic
features to give a complete, cost effective,
time-tested solution that are extendable.
- BOM Definition – Here User can
define Process wise Work in Progress godowns,
maintain details of the estimated time
of process, machine used in the execution
of a particular manufacturing process
and input and output items for the process
in order to arrive at the process wise
costing of a finished or semi-finished
product.
- Work Order Execution – Treasure
captures the actual time taken by a particular
process and also handles transformation
of raw materials to an output product
which can be a semi finished good, or
another raw material or a finished product.
By-products and part production are also
handled here.
- Material Requirement Planning –
Handles Work order based material requirement
that helps in analyzing the required quantity
of an item for that particular work order.
It also displays the quantity required
to execute a particular work order, the
current stock available, the difference
in stock and also the reorder quantity.
User can generate a Purchase Order, GRN
or Purchase Receipt based on the deficit
in stock or based on the reorder level.
Machine handling – All information
pertaining to a machine can be maintained
in this screen. It captures information
on machine utilized in a process, machine
efficiency, minimum and maximum output
of a machine, rate at which machine was
purchased, last service date, Etc.
- Worker handling – Treasure provides
with option to maintain information on
the category of a worker (eg., Supervisor,
Fitter, etc.), worker efficiency depending
on the output produced in a given time
period and also handling piece workers.
- WIP Stock valuation – based on
Weighted Average method. The costing of
a WIP item or a finished product can be
arrived at.
- Variance against estimated time of
production for a Work Order that is completed
or partially completed.
- Inventory Control – Treasure
has a strong inventory module working
in tandem with the production module in

- Job worker wise stocks – you
have the flexibility to move stocks from

Workers and Piece workers- here User has
the flexibility to define a pre-defined
Billing Structure for a Job Worker or
a worker in order to calculate wages.
E.g. Total Qty produced* specified rate
of unit rate for an item.

aids Order based production. User can
maintain a complete document flow like

– Material Requisition Plan –

DC – Invoice and also generate a
report of order wise status.
- User definable item Categories- to
segregate items based on input items,
WIP items, consumables, scrap, finished
product, etc. This reduces the monotony
of item selection and chances of human
error, as a filtered list of items for
selection at the time of Work Order generation
is made available.
- User definable Process Cycle –
facilitates starting of two simultaneous
processes that combine together to become
inputs for an on coming process. A graphical
analysis of this is available too.
- Godown wise, item wise, job worker
wise stock reports – here you can
monitor the stock lying idle in any godown,
check for the availability of a particular
item at any point of time and also track
the stocks that have been dispatched to
the job workers for processing.
- Scrap management – Treasure facilitates
used to capture process wise scrap and
gives the stock status too. Stock value
for scrap is also maintained.
- Work Order Program – is Sequential
execution of work orders. Facility is
provided to group processes together to
result in a final finished product and
also monitor the start and end of every
single process.
- Visual representation of the Program
Tree – will allow User to generate
a graphical picture of a finished product
that has to undergo various processes
and it is further broken down to the individual
inputs and outputs of each process. It
brings up a parent and child relationship
for finished product to its individual
processes.
- Handling of Job Workers, Ancillaries,
Sub-Contractors, etc – Treasure
has the facility to move stocks from stores
to job worker and also keep track of the
inventory with the job worker at any point
of time. Treasure also maintains the maximum
and minimum stock for a particular job
worker and helps user to manipulate stock
of raw material lying with him.
- Determining Cost Ratio for Input &
Output Items – helps analyse the
cost contribution of each input item towards
making of a work in progress or finished
product. At the output level, it helps
determine the quantity of scrap by just
defining the cost ratio.
- Machine/Worker Efficiency – This
helps management by providing statistics
of executed work orders and gives a picture
of the time, machine and workers utilized.
It analyses the output produced by them
hence determining the efficiency of worker
and machine.
- Raw material consumed and finished
goods produced – for every process
executed, Treasure gives a picture of
Raw Materials consumed against a work
order number for which it is consumed.
It also discloses the date and time of
consumption. User will be able to set
filters to filters out the consumption
for a particular work order or for a particular
item or both. It works in a similar fashion
for finished products too.
- Job worker time variance – gives
the time variance report for completion
of process at the job workers end.
- Machine Maintenance – Treasure
can generate a service due report based
on the machine usage in terms of the numbers
produced or the number of days elapsed
since the last service.
- Gantt Chart – Treasure also gives
output for of Work Order Program in Gantt
chart
